Primer & top coat, it was a pretty big job! I too noticed a fair bit of rust around the top plate.

OT helps OVERs and usually beats UNDERS....so in the longrun, its a 50/50 unders that's all i do, i just broke ... .
Ers/c's but the rest have been over unders and im 8-0, i just have a better feeling for o/u don't in possible OT to an under play.
