If that is correct quiz contents is the only place for the has more modules logic to be.
Based on what you have up here I assume you mean there is duplicate code in quiz contents and quiz_questions.

Am doing online Quiz type of script in PHP. User needs to attend 50 Question in 45 minutes.
After that time it should close the page or Submit the answer to the next page.
It is better to use cookies or sessions. How can i do that.

If it's crucial that the user can't change the data (such as previous answers, a running score... .
If you quiz is running in an environment that is spread across is going to be the integrity of the quiz though.
And make each request very large.

I thought this was a better political quiz then the last one that was presented for a couple of reasons.

Of quiz questions, text files would probably be your best option (as opposed to XML or a proper database for a set of quiz questions, and a method to read the questions into code.
