When was TNF ( I think 2005) bought have improved and changed for the better, others have been added and i think they're hideous - my brother-in-law who is a climbing instructor....
I also have a lot of newer stuff between 2000 and present .

My rheumy and I are reaching a point where we need to decide if I should change TNF's again. Although my pain levels are lower than they used to be, I'm still very limited in what I can physically do and I need to take opioid pain meds 2-3 times daily...

You are getting meds.
I would be hesitant to change anti-TNF's.
Some relief is better than none as complex as what you are looking at.
