What christian tenets are not in the bible?
Most of the Bible was tacked onto the Bible, as we don't have a good idea what the original text was. Read " Misquoting Jesus " for some history on how our Bible came to be and an explanation as to why this question is not really answerable.

Have you read the entire Bible?
I'm about half way through my first 'cover to cover' reading and it's been great so far. I will definitely do it again soon after i finish tis round.

Starting to read the entire Bible - advice on which version?
I would recommend a modern version because the DR and the KJV can be hard to understand in places. However, have you considered reading a modern version and an ancient version at the same time? How about reading one chapter of the DR one day, and a chapter of the RSV-CE another day? I like to read both old and new as they both have their strong points.

Can parts of the Bible be proven historically?
I've heard a few predictions aye, and they were mostly very vague and had to be interpreted a lot before they fit. If you analyse the Bible enough I'm assuming you can find a prediction for anything you want.

How about a Bible module?
There's a computer program called Instaverse that I use. You just hover the cursor over a Bible reference and the verse pops up.
