So in My search for a bike im getting really impatient and irritated i cant find the right deal and i came across an 05 cbr1k with over 20k miles i believe he was asking 6500 or 7. He keeps emailing me telling me how he will work with the price for me...

Everytime....
Just get rid of the switch kickstand switch, the bike wont start with the kickstand down maybe you knocked the wire/plug off and now switch on the kickstand.
I jumped the switch, and now its all fine.
bike wouldnt rev past 12k.

A sub $900 used bike doesn't get you much.
The other advantage to having just one bike is that all your upgrade-itus can be focused on just budget.
