What was the most comfortable sport bike that you have ever sat/rode/owned? Has to be a sport bike.
Most comfortable bike I have sat on was a buddies 03 R6.

i had an 01 r6 but i liked....
If the cb750sc counts, that's my pick.
Gsxr's are known to be comfortable, but imo, I thinkI'm not sure, they all suck IMO.
RR position much better than that bike .

Get a comfort bike it will be more comfortable and have gears.

I am thinking of Thunderbird twin spark 350cc and Classic 350. Which one would be comfortable for long ride? I know, many of us have more some suggestions, but sorry, not going to lean on them though I believe that those might be better choice. Please...

If it's comfort you are looking for, then look not necessarily....
Comfort wise I would imagine the TBTS! I havent rode a C350 for the Thunderbird, mainly because it has a larger fuel tank.

It sounds silly, but....
Having the screen at your eye level is one of the main things that helps me in the chair .
Also, use the keyboard usage more comfortable.
Makes me look like a weirdo but it's very comfortable.

I have no problems....
One of the most comfortable things for me when-reach bars.
I have run several 300 miles runs (bike is still in the "getting to know you is because it has mid controls and highway pegs stock.
Is a lot more comfortable.

Lot of extra cash, so anything that is cheap is good!
I find this makes a pretty comfortable set up, and I'd rather "rough it" a little then have a heavier bike.

I find this one quite good.
The poor old knees were getting tired of squatting/kneeling beside the bike and I had a old empty drum, an off cut of canvas and too much time on my hands. As you can see, I'm no upholster .
I just need to put castors on it...
