Northern Seoul will put you next to the Bukhansan National Park .
Seoul there are deer.
In Itaewon, there is a great course for jogging that goes up Namsan .
Is a great biking/walking trail.

Eastern Kentucky's Red River Gorge can provide plenty of loop trails.

It is a path but wide and can be used for hiking, biking and running.

There are some areas in Cary where you could probably ride 3+ hours of trail without more than a few the best biking areas maybe within an hour of Raleigh...
