I have had a bilateral mastectomy and I also have Pectus Carinatum Chest deformity. My PS is planning to use fat grafting in conjuction with implants to cover this deformity up. Has anyone had fat grafting along with implants done and what did it involve...

Before the fat grafting I could feel the implant under the skin and it felt very cold and plastic.
