I signed up for text alerts when I have an unpaid bill to avoid disconnection the txt arrived after service was disconnected.

I need to read the bill in entirety, but that is what I have heard is the objection.
If your house is 25 years old or older, you pay tax be taxed significantly.
A bill gets passed to capture those tax dollars.

I have auto bill pay set up yet they never charge it- I have called twice and they are supposed auto bill pay....
For whatever reason Comcast does not submit the bill fee.
Complaint about auto pay here in the forum.
