How often does anyone look at where you are regarding billables? How frequently do you discuss this with anyone?

Partners get a report monthly, so they see my hours when they are released every month....
We have a performance review annually mentioned if someone is seriously deficient .
A deal for me as we don't have a billable hours requirement.
