I would just worry where it will end - is it sustainable? Probably bond holders may have sold the bonds already at a loss so the buyers will make a profit.
And another 3 billion coming in March.

It was clearly listed as a war bond, but the bank went to the Savings Bond list of rates and paid me that value.
