Hi guys, I posted here back in september about being reluctant abiut gettig back on fin after getting sides the first time around. Istarted fin again April 10th and, so far, not a side in sight. Here is my routine:
0.5 mg fin everyday
50 mg zinc everyday...

Started back up this time on .25mg every other day and taking around 100mg of zinc...upped my dose to .25mg every day and only 50mg zinc...no sides after a month of that...and recently upped my dose to .5mg every day,....
Let a year go by.

Diet on CafeMom Mobile How long have you been taking biotin? It takes anywhere from 4mos to a year to see.
Also if you increase your zinc, zinc will help with the absorption of biotin.
Dramatic results.
