Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable charging not take it back to the person who did the job....
There is a very fine line between a feature, then you could probably charge for it.
The company I work for doesn't charge for bug fixes.

I have a client that has hired me. I am 20 and am new to the freelance field. I charged him for a consultation on the current project to see if there were anymore revisions that need to be done.
It would make sense that you will bill the customer anytime...

The commit charge doesn't reflect current memory usage, but reflects how much memory tab, shows three counters related to commit....
It is not related to the RAM pagefile usage.
Commit charge is basically the maximum potential pagefile usage .

I feel that every time I talk to prospective clients I give them valuable information that will help them even if they don't ask me to program their website for them.
