Best solution is to just create your own purely black and white fonts.
I believe, and if so you can't use them.
That should force all of their drawing into a black/white mode.
Libraries with that option.

When I load minecraft from the downloaded version I log in then get a black screen.
When I load up on the browser I get a white screen.
I have vista and use firefox. It was working a little earlier today but with no sound now nothing at all

Vista machine: When I switch users I get a black screen for 30+ seconds. Doesn't seem to matter who is logged in. Delay happens when I click "switch user" but not when I lock the screen and log back in as same user.
Specs: Windows Vista 64-bit; HP pavilion...

My laptop is plugged into a docking station and is always closed, and I need to open it until the built-in display ... .
I'm not sure if this is the same problem or not, but when I log in for the first time after booting my computer, the monitor turns off .

I get a black screen after I login, with a window of Windows explorer open. I have to manually ctrl+alt+del->Task manager->Run and run explorer.exe before desktop shows up.
How can I remedy this?

I could still boot fine in safe mode, but normal mode would just, it installed the wrong driver .

Recently (eg. in the last week or two), when I RDP to one of our servers running Windows Serve 2003 64bit, the login screen is black.
If you can guess what it is prompting, then you can still login, and once you get past the login screen the desktop displays...

From root login in my newly installed fedora 8 . when i type startx i get black screen. I have solved this before . its something like i just need chose the display as a standar VGA or something . but i dont remember how to select the display . any help...
