As the lining has been healing the instillations....
I think its because IC is damaged bladder lining and the healing process takes time.
My first one hurt to but with each consecutive one its just gotten better and better .

If you only have pain and not any others symptoms then I think there then you would probably have another symptom other than just pain.

I know i have bladder pain, but i'm worried that i may also have vulvodynia. i don't know that i fully understand it, but recently when my g-spot is stimulated it's painful. is this a sign of vulvodynia? or is it just because it's so close to the bladder...

Lots of treatments can help ....
You know some times once all other causes for the pain have been ruled out.
I would lean more towards it irritating the bladder.
For me--the pain/discomfort is from my bladder.Bit of both I would say.

Yesterday....
My bladder pain is mostly pressure noticed that when my urethra and pelvic area hurts more my bladder fullnes sensation is less when I don;t really have to go.
Like a tight muscle I can't get at.
A tightness up by my cervix.

Do you have any updates on your condition? I have a very similar situation. The only exceptions are that I have no history of liver issues, I don't eat dairy or meat, and I do consume tree nuts. Everything else you described sounds identical to...

The pain I have experienced has been significantly reduced since I did dairy also to try and relieve the congestion I have begun experiencing.

I am wondering if anyone who has had intestine to bladder fistula could share their experience. Was it painful? Did you all had air while you urinated? Urinary tract infection? What lead to that diagnosis?

I had a fistula between bladder and rectum.
Sooner which would have saved him a lot of unnecessary pain.

I wasn't having attacks at all, but they attributed the pain in the area to the gall bladder before and pain under....
I shouldn't have let them.
The gall bladder scan showed slight shadows, but they took it out.

Ok so today I'm 6 weeks. Been a long road! Anyways so I have a lot of pain when I urinate. I went to the doc last week and he said I had a bladder infection. I've been taking the meds and almost done with them now but the pains still there...

First, call your doc back about pain you are still having with urination, the meds might not have ladies I went through bladder PT a few years ago and learned that The bladder is really sensitive.
