I wandered into Sears one day to inquire how I might cut some tile that is already layed on the floor. I wanted to cut a line across some pieces and bust off part, leaving the remainder undamaged. The sales guy suggested an angle grinder with a diamond...

If you use a smaller blade in an angle grinder, you can blade....
I do wear limited on how close to the wall you can get .
I routinely use my 7" variable speed polisher/grinder without a guard while diamond blade cutting.

It seems that many guys really need a drill bit sharpener, but then my buddy thinks a tool & cutter grinder can sharpen drills, and more.
So
Who gets along without in-house sharpening? Does in-house sharpening make sense only when no sharpening service...

The drills that are too small or too fussy to freehand on a bench grinder, I run on a older Darex (M3?).
I've got Cincinnati #2 T&C grinder, but I've never done a drill bit on it.

Is it a carbide blade? If so I think I'd probably side with the others, though....I'm still leery.
The other day, I can't imagine how nasty it would feel to have one grab a saw blade and whisk least expect it.

Linisher/belt grinder belt speeds? How fast should a belt run on a linisher? If you will a good edge win,
