Thanks for your comments - perhaps I did not take the grinder quality seriously and plastic with a little metal grinder that works well.
And there's no way of sharpening.

Go to your local head shop and buy a cheap china grinder, they usually have crappy screens and tend to collect more just not as potent.

For PC modding (rad holes etc) what do you use a Dremel or Angle Grinder? and why? For my 800D 480 rad hole I used a angle grinder and it cut through the steel like butter but was a bit hard to control. What are your experiences?

9 Inch Makita angle grinder with diamond blade with creekin.
95% of the work and the dremel cleans it up .
