Painful urination and bleeding?

The urethra and the vagina are close together, so the blood was probably your period starting. The other sounds like a UTI and you'll need to see a doctor to get it cleared up. How long with pain?

I had very little pain the first time and no bleeding. I never had pain after that first time or any bleeding. It is not normal for it to be excruciating pain or continued bleeding. source

Why am I still bleeding?

If this is abnormal for you then I would guess your overdoing it. I can be down to nothing not even lochia coming out and if I overdo it like the walking I did today then it back to bright red. Sometimes even with clots to make it extra fun figuring out how that could happen. source
