How can someone still be in my email contacts & IM list.. I blocked him and he show up on my blocked list? How can I block his azz for good?

Did you block him.
Add him IM.then just change his alias.Report him every time as spam
and click on ignore user .
You have to block him on messenger.Click messenger,preferences,then ignore list.

I seem to have a problem with contacts that I have blocked apparently becoming unblocked, when I am certain I haven't done this.
This is highly disturbing, espescially when I have not realised...

Hotmail blocked attachements it thought dangerous, i know they are not, i sent them from another account. How do i unblock them?

It states "unable to verify account information" now, I think earlier it stated that the password was not correct which I know it was and also that it had been blocked... the email that Im having trouble with is " Removed information for security purposes...

There's no reason to assume you've been blocked, there are a lot of reasons why the messages/calls.

This is a business site! I submitted all of the info to prove that it is my site (name, birthdate, several recent emails, contacts, etc of this account, Dianna....
That it was blocked because spam was perhaps sent from it, which I did not do.
