I just started blogging and has not even been a month yet. I enjoy blogging but is there a such thing as too many blog posts. I feel like I need to pace myself and not overwhelm my readers.

You can count all of them even under other blogger profiles.
So, I have 6 blogs
2 that have followers and are public. 2 that are private test blogs. 1 for a dead profile redirect, 1 is a w.i.p.

It's just not that strong lightning, so it all depeneds... .
Sections of some states have higher severe t-storms watch box frequency than other parts of the state (like density and severe thunderstorm watch frequency, and to an extent you do.

If the intention for your blog for your blog is to just have some fun and/or educate the general "world wide web" population, then have at it.
My experience with blogs is that it's a tough marketing tool.
