They didn't exactly go to a ton of trouble putting it on DVD, the prints are pretty sucky .
Seasons 1-9 would probably look ok on blu-ray but not sure about ready for Blu Ray.
I haven't heard any blu-ray news.

So far, I did not see any shop charging lower than Hi....

Like Funkstar said I can see Blu-ray becoming the replacement for DVD-r unless HD-DVD makes some huge leap, and of course if Blu-Ray becomes prevelant in the PC market it in my PC right now....

So, um, a friend in a country that doesn't have a DMCA got a cheap Blu-ray reader. She has AnyDVD HD, so she's all set to rip Blu-ray movies to her HTPC.
Anyone here delved into Blu-ray ripping? Just looking for something that will let the files sit on...

Blu-ray covers often don't even print the aspect ratio of a film anymore because frame is fully occupied with "film", then the presentation on the disc is wrong.
