I have a FlipVideo 720p version which from what I see creates files in MP4 / H.264 format. All I want to do is take those files, which have all the same settings, and make a Blu-Ray player playable Blu-Ray disc from them....

I can't believe Win7 doesn't have Blu-Ray support yet. Having plugins open in the background breaks the 10Ft experience. PowerDVD (came with blu-ray player) is unusable from the couch.

A couple of years ago, there was the question who would be the successor of the DVD, the Blu-Ray disk or the HD-DVD. Now in 2009 I have to admit that I don't know why Blu-Ray won. Can anyone help me?

Hello to all,
My Blu-Ray player doesn't play blu-disc's. When I put a Blu-Ray disc in the player it say get update's
When I go to update I see: No updates avaible.
I use Roxio creator 2011 PRO
Cineplayer came with it version...

Will a blu-ray dvd play on a regular dvd player? If so will it be a better picture than a regular dvd? I have a sony dvd player and a philips hdtv connected with the hdmi cable. Solved! Go to Solution.

A Regular DVD will play on a BluRay player with enhanced picture quality however,
A BluRay disc will not play on a regular DVD player.

As others have metioned WMP does play blu-ray with a suitable 3rd party....
WPM can theoretically play decrypted Blu-Ray as long as you have the encoders installed that can do users who have BluRay players pay for them.
