Im building a rig for a client of mines and he wants his Cosmos 2 to be filled with blue LED fans but he wants them to be as silent as possible. Any ideas on who makes the quietest 120mm blue LED fan? I know most quality ultra silent fans come in black...

Things about Xigmatek fans! Yate Loon LED fans are good, the L ( of L= Low, M= Med, H= High) series come in alot of power supplies so they must be pretty quiet.

I'm looking for a good 120mm and 230mm fan with white LEDs, I want something that won't go over 22dB (or somewhere close to that). All I've found are the Bitfenix Spectre fans (not the Pro variant as the 230mm hits 25.7dB) does anyone have any better ...

Judging by the size of my mesh panel, I would say it probably would hold a 230mm fan if you rig it.
Oh well thats one case i wouldnt touch.
It looks like they dont want anything on the case other than 120mm fans.
