Anyone recommend a good company to help with financing a new boat and to handle all the coast guard documentation paperwork? Any other tips in financing a boat would be helpful as well

Does anyone know how many months you have to stay w/ BMW NA Bank before you can pay off or refinance w/ a different bank?
The Finance Mgr at my BMW Center stated that I have to make at least 6 payments thru BMW Bank before I can refinance thru a new bank...
