Has anyone gone through and completed a SS while never missing a payment? I know this makes it harder to get the bank to approve a SS (why would they care if they keep getting your money?) but I'm curious to see what the impact was on your credit score...

DH lost a long term job and then 6 months achieve a short sale without missing a single payment and the effect to your credit rating will be very current on payments....
