Boat rentals? We will be in Huatulco in February for a week. We are hoping to rent a boat during our visit. Are there only charters available or can an experienced operator rent a small boat? Any info on this would be appreciated. Rentals subject to SE tax? I have a client that sells and repairs boats. They also rent boats.
