Crazy lack of Winter this year... I've gone out every month. Poeple are already getting the boats out and hitting the water.
My predictions for this year:
1. Drought, They will save water depth by slowing down the river. IE: Low current = CLEAR water....

Memorial day is around the corner and that means the start of the summer boating season here in North Alabama on Lake Guntersville! This by far is my favorite time of the year, nothing like tying up several boats with friends and family and enjoying life...

Karen and I love using the Outer Limits just about every weekend during the summer, but between gas prices, the work launching, cleaning it before it goes in the water, cleaning it after it comes out of the water and worrying about when it's in the water...

I would agree....
I guess if you had a better shallow boat it would make more but never boated it.
I ended up having to pull my trailer out on the sand dunes to winch my boat up over the side it again since it was not worth it at all.
