Joint pain is a common Common cold side effect to Accutane. You should tell your doctor about it and have him reduce the dose of the drug. Hopefully that will get rid of the pain and you won't need to take any additional meds to fight it. Good luck!

Did anybody with NHL have joint pain as a symptoms of the disease? I have joint pain in my knees, elbows, fingers and ankles. It tends to come and go, was this one of the many symptoms that you had?

My joint pain seems cause horrible muscle/joint pain....much like any drugs in the quinilone family.
Some antibiotics increase the pain as well, so it becomes a double whammy.
