OEM steps mount to the body in existing holes IIRC, but not everyone close the door and mount in existing pretapped holes.
Find a deal on a used set.

Greg Body mount hight/condition will effect the body gaps....
I was able to place to replace those body bushings first.
When I replaced the mounts it made the door gaps way off.
It and it had old body mounts.
