My body temperature is always low? My body temperature is always low at about 95 or 96 degrees Fahrenheit or 35 - 36 degrees Celsius. I also have low blood pressure, am always anemic (low iron) and I get Chronic Migraines and IBS, mostly constipation....

My body temperature is between 96.5-96.9
it's been this way for awhile.
I know it's wrecking my metabolism, because I sure as hell have issues trying to drop bodyfat now (35 years of age, sleep apnea)

My guess is that my sleep apnea has, not overtraining at all, no weird aches... .
They will run standard is just stuck to me, and the body temp is being retarded.
Weight to help with PT and its not coming off and your morning body temp is low.

I got tested last summer to make sure I didn't have any Thyroid problems because I noticed my waking temperature is quite low.
What could cause this?

You pretty much summed up the problem yourself - your body is going into starvation mode. Not eating properly can cause many serious problems.
Low potassium can definitely cause the symptoms you're describing, as well as so can many other deficiencies...
