My husband and I have decided to start trying for a baby.
I have bought a basal body temperature and the instructions day to cjeck temperature at the same time everyday, before I do anything.
What if I get up loads of times during the night/early morning...

Go to bed with socks on your feet or you want extra layers of blankets .
You always want the thermostat set higher than everyone else or you have on an extra layer of clothes .
Generally, you know all too well if you fit into the too cold category .

Been feeling a bit tired lately but my temperature in the mouth goes up to 98.6. I thought that if your temp goes up to normal, then you are on enough thyroid medicine. Anyone have any knowledge on this One doc told me " Oh you can't go by body temp"....

You can also take it 3 times a day orally .
This is how they figured it out that low body temp= hypo.

A person with a high temperature needs more liquid than usual, so drink lots of water. Also, be sure to rest! ChaCha on, friend!

Been feeling a bit tired lately but my temperature in the mouth goes up to 98.6. I thought that if your temp goes up to normal, then you are on enough thyroid medicine. Anyone have any knowledge on this One doc told me " Oh you can't go by body temp"....
