How many of you are content with your weight and body type?

I'm happy with being 6ft3.
I don't know how much I weigh, but I'd like to be healthier .
I eat whatever I want whenever I want, but I stay the same weight.
I just don't gain weight.
Shape, but I'm happy.

I wanna switch up my workout routine after using the same routine for about 3 months. I read somewhere that body-weight excersises (dips, chin ups pushups, etc) are good. But those 3 excersises are the only ones I can think of. Does anyone have any advice...

This is the problem with "losing weight" in general.
To a certain degree, it is somewhat kinda sorta correct; you ose weight because you'll be sweating.
