Are you looking for? and what value do you place on the 410? interested, what area are you located.

Higgins Model 101.25 410 AKA Stevens Model 59.
Marlin also had bolt-action shotguns.

I hated all those old bolt action .410s my uncle tradedI use my .410 870 to shoot doves...
They worked, then, and still do on bunnies.

Hi i am looking for a a moderated .410 to sort some rats out can anybody reccomend me a make/ model of a moderated .410 that doesent cost to much say like £350 and any other info cheers

Its French designed and built so is cylinderA full mod synthetic... .
There is a fully moderated 410 by Bretton-Gaucher (Under £300), which is a bolt action single shot.

The 410 is not a good decision IMO.
I'm with the two guys above me.
Took many a squirrel of that than a .410.
A single shot bolt action .410 was my first shotgun when I was about 7 or 8.

Guessing what the 410 model might be.
My 7 year old son has taken an interest in shotguns . he would like to try clay pigeon shooting at the local club . i want to purchase a single barrel gun for him . in your view what would be best 410 or 28 gauge to get him started

28g are fantastic guns a single barrel gun for him .
Of bolt action 410s out there around the £100 +/- mark depending on condition.

I shoot a 20 gauge for deer, but I would bet a .410 would.
While I'm guessing somebody makes both, I have never seen them .
I have always wondered why nobody makes a rifled .410, or .410 sabots.
I have smallish 8 and 9 year olds that I am now teaching to shoot. Was thinking of a Pardner .410 single shot or something. I have heard a .28 is just as light recoil wise, but has near the knockdown of a .20. True? I don't think I would get a .20 right...

They make 20 gauge side by sides with rabit ears again Marlin bolt action and a scope though! Still want them to learn with iron sights! Thanks for yourA single shot in....

Ok this may seem like a strange question but i have a bolt action 410 with a add on silencer. with out the silencer fitted i can use the gun well hit 90% of what i aim at with the silencer fited iv hit 0% of what iv aimed at as i end up shooting low of...

What you need to do is shoot a pattern plate for a while .
Sounds like a good idea good luck if you try it and put a picture up of the finished product Try putting a comb raiser on to bring your eyes up a touch. .
