Should Senior Bond Holders pay DIRT? We are told time and again that these senior bond holders in private banks we must repay are as good as depositors.
We had no law protecting them(unlike deposits) yet now we pay them back with interest.

Speaking of loans, there is a clause that allows YPF debt holders to put their bonds to the governme
A change of control clause if YPF is nationalized. Good luck collecting on that.
