I used to read book reviews on Amazon, but I found that they're often too cursory and sometimes, not fair enough. I read this great entry but I haven't found some truth-worthy book reviews. Jon Skeet's reviews are great, but the number of books reviewed...

Gone down the top 100 free and....
I'd give it a solid 3 out of 5.
However the last quarter seemed a little rushed and unsatisfying .
I like the basic idea of the story and it started off really well .
I recently read The Penal Colony and it wasn't too bad .
