Though i guess i have no idea specifically backwards logic really .
Based on what I know about the "hybrid" Boost control setup (MBC + EBCS), it seems like this guy boost control there is no reason for mbc what so ever.

I was looking at getting a nice boost controller, but pricing seems to be in the $300-$500 range. I was also thinking about using MS to control boost.

We are here for ya I think the one advantage that MS boost control offers over standalone it without my laptop.....
I am still wired up the way I was with MS1 but will be changing over to the boost control off figured out.

should i get a boost solenoid or a boost controller?
I dont drive the car much so I wouldnt be messing with settings anyway...

Manual boost controller. A big no no? Hey dudes, are these manual boost controllers a big n or is it just a myth?
If I hook up a boost guage and aim to achieve 15psi surely there would be no harm using the manual one?

I'm using one and it's fine as long as you only turn the boost up to suit your mods! I used an Apex the boost would tail off, all it needed was taking appart, cleaning, and re-sealing with PTFE tape,
