If you're having trouble, then maybe.
Snagging a tank while it's glowing is the only way to play Booty Grab, so really, it all comes down to finding one that is.
Most likely, it's just luck.

I played one game today, and ever since after it I can't play anymore.
I see glowing threads. I go to them and it says they are glowing in the time part, but the tank itself is not revealing the glow; thus I can't play.
