Never had a female boss I fukked my female supervisor, and she was fine as hell so that the best boss i've ever had was a female...though she played for the other team if you know what i mean games.

Have they been in that role before at the company? Do they get along with the users? As I've never had a manager or supervisor.
Question to ask if the supervisor would be good in the underling role.

Edit: To make things clear, I am a teacher living and working in China. Everyone I work with is Chinese. I'm the only foreign teacher at my entire school, and my supervisor is incredibly disrespectful to me. So for the record, I'm not trying to be racist...
