How do you best convey the value of your job as a sys admin? (No, leaving is not an option)

I had a boss that was a bit large fraction of my time, which was billable, was already documented this way anyway.)

It's unreasonable for an employee (or their manager) to spend some time defining it .

So while regularly visiting IGN, I saw an article talking about how some new bosses are awesome, especially compared to older boss battles. They can be anything, ranging from Bowser on his flyer to any RPG boss to the bosses in random shooters like Gears...

Two days after patchrelease we've managed to get our fair share of kills. So far 6 bosses have felt the MLC wrath on 10-man. On 25-man we've killed leviathan and razorscale with a decent 18% try on XT. Screenshots of our Auraya and Razorscale kill beneath...

What I have learned from dealing with non-technical Bosses is to not talk down or dumb down your interaction with them.
To collaboratively come up with priorities.

IT has been so many weeks since DS started and frankly the drops for shared bosses loots are pathetics. Even Fireland see an increase in shared bosses drop after sometime.
