I have a Q6600 B3 @ stock speed. It's cooled by a H50 with push / pull 120mm fans. Silverstone 9 fin blades at 1200rpm pushing (apparently) 53cfms. It's running stock voltage of 1.325v in BIOS and CPU Z says 1.28v.
