That what the vet told me to give my little girl.It worked great.I gave it to her every day until her bowls were moving good .

Perhaps something you are eating is making you pass so much gas? Certain vegies can do that. .
This could simply be constipation, and it seems there may be an underlying factor thats making it worse .

I have had similar issues, ended up seeing the doctor and he didnt really have an answer, im waiting for final blood tests to see if its anything that they can pick up .
Immodium give it a go and experiment with what works for you .
