There are at least 10 times the number of normal toilet stalls to disabled toilets....
I have used the disabled toilet in my local shopping centre when shopping with my boys...they can't use the normal toilets.

I have found out that in the halls of residence it is usually mixed accommodation and often toilets have to be shared.

In my university we share bathrooms and toilets but we have a specific time in the morning when a system for that so you should worry more....
And don't have in your mind the picture that women or men are walking naked into the toilets.
