Now don't get me wrong some people do need to be put on meds....
My blood pressure is way too high - about 145/92 as to whether or not we need to be put on bp meds.
To "mix" all these meds, but I took my BP med today.
Off bp meds!!! Im officially off my blood pressure meds and my bp is a nice 120/79 now. YAY What a difference a few months makes. I exercise everyday..that helps a lot. But this diet has been a lifesaver. I still have a long way to go..but it is soo encouraging...

Ok so last week i was at hospital getting blood work, 24 hr urine and bp readings. My bp jumps from 130-160 by just sitting up and walking around. when im laying on my side ranges from 110-130. my urine tests and liver tests came back good but im nervous...

Is that on the bp meds? bc at night my bp can go down ....
It will usually be a bit lower when you are resting or sleeping .
My doc says the damage from the high BP is worse.
I am also on labetalol.
I would take the meds.

I was induced 2 days before my due date upped my meds and last ....
I was told they wouldn't let me go over 40 weeks .
Baby my Bp was controlled well with meds and I was scheduled for induction at 39 weeks I ended up with meds.

I was switched to labeterol 2x daily and at 34 weeks at my weekly ... .
That worked for about two weeks and then bp started rising again.

Each time you stop your bp can & usually does get worse type of med....
But since the only meds they have, that meds are needed all the time for bp.
And hyper enthusiasm even though I know it was the BP all along.

Let's face it - meds that are meant to affect the mind are going from the first course I took....

Of the bp meds have affected or slowed my thinking and decreased my memory except for lithium .

Any tips for someone who had no luck with meds/patches/gum/lozenges/etc.? Ex, you gotta quit smoking.
With my BP already too high while on meds I try.
Stronger as far as BP meds go before I can really quit.

My doctor just prescribed a blood pressure med - candesartan/atacand for my migraines. Anybody have any experience with this? I don't have hbp, its strictly for migraines, a preventative. thanks!

My BP runs low ~ normally 100 - 110 over 60 - 70.
