I think I was on 3 different meds in the end & they were still not quite getting my BP.

My BP was not going down after delivery, so I was given Procardia.
Good luck! I was put on procardia after i had my baby because my bp was not goingI had SEVERE preeclampsia and delivered at 33 weeks.
While on the meds.
I"ve had hypertention the last few years , and have ran the gammut trying to find the right med that won"t intefere with my work-outs ,sex,weight and mental outlook . Plus I have Tinnitus (ear-ringing) and some BP meds drive the sound up to insane levels...

When the Doctor took my BP and was expecting some elevation in BP, but the only thing that has increased a bit was my heart rate the Doctor took my BP I was ....

When I lost 20 pounds I was able to lower my dose by half (when you lose weight your bp goes down naturally which makes your meds stronger....
And yes some people can get off meds when they lose weight .

I take a blood pressure pill once a day and it keeps me well within a safe bp range. It was also prescribed to me for my migraine headaches. Could someone that is or has been down a similar road help me find a quality stack to gain strength and lean mass...

Which one u taking? Creatine and beta-alanine are probably your safest bets .
Talk to your doctor man.
I'd take the lack of responses as a sign that no one wants to be responsible for killing you .

Backing out cause I am happy when I see those numbers .. .
Have you warmed up and the swelling can make my BP go up a bit, not like yours though.
I hope it comes down.
You should take you meds every day at approximately the same time.
I posted on general health but no one has had any ideas so wanted further ideas on extra things to do alongside medication... Anyone got any experience on things you can do easily at home to help bring it down? I've only ever experienced high blood pressure...

Liz - it was a total chance BP reading - I asked for a repeat of arthritis meds I do about it, the worse my BP will be, so I just take my meds and try not to think too much about diet, cut out sugar and ....
But we use edam.
I posted on general health but no one has had any ideas so wanted further ideas on extra things to do alongside medication... Anyone got any experience on things you can do easily at home to help bring it down? I've only ever experienced high blood pressure...
