Smoker for $300 or under Looking for a decent smoker for occasional use.
No more than $300. I'd prefer a propane charcoal smoker, but open to other options if people recommend something else.
If I can cold smoke too thats a big plus.

And fork over the extra cash for a Bradley smoker - they're insulated and hold temperature really is propane smoker SS from Costco and it is difficult to keep right temperature.

Got a smoking deal on pork loins at Coop this week-$10-$12 a loin.
So I trimmed them up and made a pickle. Pumped them to 10% of meat weight with a marinade injector. Then cryovac-ed them to speed the cure. They will be ready for the smoker on Monday....

Hi,
I just got the 30" masterbuilt electric smoker. Had a couple questions:
1) chips, how often do I add them to the tray? like If I smoking a pork sholder for 13 or 14 hours, one would think that with the tray being so small it would take several loads...
