Been having the same problems, the only difference is i thought mine was caused by a brain tumor migrians and nose bleeds and tried cutting off things that might trigger it like my caffeen intake had headaches where my ears and nose ....

You should get it checked out since you are on a blood thinner. If you have a mild headache, then try to get into your GP today. If it is a really bad headache, then I would just go straight to the ER. Better to err on the side of caution.
