There is a switch on the brake pedal called the brake light switch, which activates the brake lights, and may of the rear light assemblies.

The bulb has 2 filaments one for tail lights, the other for brake/turn signal.
You have 0 volts at the brake light & bulb.
Since your brake lights aren't working your hazzards won't either.

lights all stopped that turned out to be the brake light switch under the dash so double check if your look like driving in the dark with no rear lights unless the brake is pressed.

Both of my brake lights work but my tail lights do not. I checked the bulbs and all and it looks pretty good.
Any other ideas before I get wild with those wires?

But the brake lights did not, I took the bulb socket out of the tail light assembly and lifted the contact the tail lights and the brake lights work without a problem.

Heres the deal. My brake lights and blinkers stopped working all of a sudden. Checked all fuses, they are good. The fuse relays by the hood hinge don't stretch. Running lights and backup lights still work. The taillights will light up when i turn my lights...

I looked at it, everything is still plugged in.
Ill tryCheck your brake switch on the brake pedal in the cab.
If you have power to the switch and when pedal is pushed power going to the brake lights.
