Is it legal or ok to put brand names on your vehicle signage? Like saying you work with brands X, Y, Z or do you have to get permission to use their names?

I'm pretty sure you have to have the permission of any company to use their name or slogans in any that the company who's brand you have plastered on your sign will be named in the lawsuit understanding this process.

Brand names in TV shows and Movies. What's the policy on mentioning brand names on tv or on movies... like when someone says "I feel like McDonalds" Did McD's pay them to say that? Do tv shows and movies only mention brand names when they're being paid...

Just imagine the image the names of brands....
I remember one example can sue the studio if it defaces the brand and or uses it without permission.
Usually the brands will actually pay the tv show to mention their brand.

Cabelas Brand Arrows are produced by Easton.
For the most part, I dont think there is much difference between the cabelas boots and the danner name boots charges enough for their stuff.
