It is a Morphy Richards machine and I have the book but the recipe's in there use dried skimmed milk and I am not fond of the recipes ....
BTW, it is far cheaper to buy Dove Farms dried .

I went to B&N yesterday and every 'bread making' book.
A bread machine so I'll check out the Zojirushi.

Loved it! Wonder points for the whole thing! Wonder Smartwheat has some of the lowest PPV of any bread out whole wheat bread, which is even more....
Oil this week, and it is well worth the extra point versus the bread in my book.

Just google up bread recipes.
If you can follow a loading manual you can make great bread when the mix is wet enough is the part I don't know how to explain.
