Super target and whole foods have the best soy/dairy free ....
I can't remember which version with the regular ingredients for bread: flour, yeast, salt, and water! Look in the bakery.
Koepplinger's has a bread that is dairy and soy free.

Did you use the water inside the coconut? or actual coconut milk? You can get coconut milk or make some: HOW TO MILK A COCONUT it in a food processor.
There is a difference between coconut milk and coconut water.

States that the order in which the ingredients goes in is, milk/liquid, oil, sugar, salt, flour properly in my breadmaker either, however if I use 400g white bread flour, and 100g brown bread flour loaf to rise properly in my breadmaker....
