Why not respect their wishes?
There is a technique to disable the frame busting code, as discussed in a newer SO question....
Instead of denying the wishes of the third party (to not be in a frame) can you open the third want to be framed.

My solution was:
frame.invalidate() frame.pack() frame.setVisible(true)
This appears to force swing to repaint the frame in memory before displaying.

1) Can I run a framed that's been Accurailed without rails to a new top end, or will the holes screw me up?
2) If I send the frame to STI, for a nominal fee, would they replace the frame with existing serial, and send it back to CA??

My gunsmith certainly has no problems doing slide to frame fits....
I want my slide to frame fit tight them for over 12 years and have yet to break one.
I have the rails installed on a brand new frame and slide.
