Hello everyone..
FINALLY I can't believe it has taken me years to find out what this is.. !! my doctor 10 years ago and one recently told me it was "FAT" and that if I "ate less" it would disappear.. yeah right !!

Finally....
When I first got pregnant (2000) it started growing bigger but had - "axillary breast tissue"! Just like you I couldn't wear any sleeveless tops which made me depressed breast tissue.
It was breast tissue.

No, it has nothing to do with your skin.
With the tissue, the skin look normal.
