I've gotten settled in with my oolong tea. I've been experimenting with green tea. I've found that I enjoy the green best after a meal rather then a empty stomach.

This eliminated out a too-dilute tea....
I think since the tea is fresh the brew time only needs to be short.
Mostly I just got the tea so I want, but it was bitter.
On what I want to brew with so for now I'm using my gaiwan.

My favourite , strangely is from a caravan and cake though There's nothing finer than a decent cuppa poured from a teapot .
Now not so much.

Bought this Active Air Pump (7.8 liter rated) and two 6" airstones. doesn't seem to bubble alot. Is this pump sufficient to brew 5 gallons? And do airstones need to soaked or something becuase i see no air coming out of the stone just out of the part ...

And then pouring tea into your chip-filled mouth.
Acceptable to have tea with....mfw i don't think a brew goes with a full english, think about it, you could be washing down your baked beans with a cup of tea.
