I tend to drink a lot of iced teas. I used to drink a lot of Arizona ginseng and now I enjoy the Honest aid Green teas.
Are any of you guys brewing anything like this?
I enjoy packaged teas when its cold so I pretty much enjoy it all year round.

Borris I drink loose tea about 8 glasses a day, some hot some iced.

Can i brew coffee by putting it into a tea bag? simple, take out tea in tea bag, replace with coffee, and steep in hot water. Will it work?

Does drinking chilled tea have the same benefits as freshly brewed? I've read many articles about the benefits of drinking pure green tea and was wondering if chilling the tea changes any of those benefits?

Hi,
I've been wondering if Green Tea has the same health benefits when brewed cold than when brewing it hot?
With cold brewing I mean putting the leaves into a jar with filtered water and leaving them in a fridge for about 12 hours.
It tastes really good...

I have no proof and can only go by my very subjective personal feelings
but imo it is not as beneficial as hot brewed (accounting for my daily lifestyle habits)
I dunno maybe it might have real good efficacy after some strenuous exercise in hotter....
